Returns policy — 14 days

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to return any product, in accordance with European consumer regulations.

Conditions

• Products with defects: full refund or replacement, with free collection.
• Products without defects: must be new, sealed and in their original packaging. The return shipping label is included free of charge — returns cost you €0.
• Exchanges for another model or colour are accepted.

How to return

Write to us at [email protected] indicating your order number. We will send you the prepaid label and collection instructions. Once the product is received and checked, we will refund the full amount within a maximum of 14 days.
