We ship throughout Spain and to European countries with insured carriers. You choose the method and see the cost at checkout; all shipping prices include VAT.

Delivery times
Times are in working days from receipt of payment (see Terms and conditions):
- Mainland Spain: 2-5 working days.
- Balearic Islands: 3-6 working days.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: we do not ship to these territories for now. Checkout does not accept delivery addresses there.
- Rest of Europe: 3-7 working days. Outside the EU, import duties and taxes may be charged to the recipient.
If a product needs more preparation time we will tell you before sending the invoice.
Tracking
You will receive the tracking number by email when your order leaves our warehouse. Please check the parcel on delivery and note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery note.
