We want you to shop with complete peace of mind. All our products are new and covered by the legal guarantee and, where applicable, the manufacturer’s warranty.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you are a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive the product (or the last product of the order) to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason, under articles 102 et seq. of the Spanish consumer law (TRLGDCU).
To exercise it, tell us before the period ends by emailing [email protected] with your order number. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.
Conditions
- You may open the packaging and examine the product as you would in a shop. The product does not need to be sealed or unopened. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
- Return the product with its accessories and, where possible, in its original packaging within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
- Returns are free: we will provide a prepaid return label (Correos Express, MRW or SEUR).
- We will refund all payments received, including the original delivery costs (except any extra cost if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest one) within 14 calendar days of your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method (bank transfer). We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof that you have sent them back.
- If you prefer, we also accept an exchange for another product.
Legal exceptions (art. 103 TRLGDCU)
The right of withdrawal does not apply, among other cases, to: goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised; sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons that were unsealed after delivery; sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software unsealed after delivery; and goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items.
Faulty products
If a product is faulty or not in conformity with the contract, you are entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination during the 3-year legal guarantee from delivery. Contact us and we will handle it at no cost to you. See Warranty.
